Epic Games Rocket League folder location

Go to your epic games library then click on three dots next to rocket league, then click manage and lastly click on the folder icon.

Then go to TAGame and then to CookedPCConsole. Create a new folder called mods if you don't have it already.

Steam Rocket League folder location 

Right click on Rocket League in steam library, hover on manage then click on Browse local files
